Pauline OnLine Update:
Pauline OnLine Update is a service of Pauline OnLine. Users are free to sign up by submitting your e-mail address. Pauline OnLine will only add those e-mail addresses that are voluntarily submitted to our OnLine Update list. In order to create and manage these lists, Pauline OnLine is using the services of LinkExchange. Pauline OnLine will not rent or sell any e-mail lists to a third party. When you send an E-card from this site, you will provide us with information which customizes your greeting.
Such information may include your name and e-mail address; the recipient's name and e-mail address; your personalized message. We treat any personalized message as private correspondence. Therefore, such messages will not be disclosed to anyone other than the recipient(s) you have designated, unless we are required to do so by law or believe that in order to comply with the law such disclosure is necessary. Your personalized message will not be examined or edited by us. There may be times, however, when we may see your message in order to execute the technical transmission of the E-card, or when maintaining the site.
By sending an E-card, you will have the option of receiving future material from Pauline On-line. We will, therefore, collect the necessary information from your E-card transmission. Such information will not be disclosed to any third party. OnLine Service and Secure Transactions
The Daughters of St. Paul, Pauline Books & Media, and Pauline OnLine are committed to protecting any information we obtain in the fulfillment of your order. This includes, but is not limited to, all private information and credit card information. Such information will be used solely for the processing of your order and may be used by the Daughters of St. Paul, Pauline Books & Media, and Pauline OnLine to notify you of new products and specials.
Pauline Books & Media offers a full-featured shopping and ordering system for your convenience and security. The ShopSite shopping cart system by iCentral allows you to browse through Pauline OnLine, placing the products you wish to order in a virtual shopping cart by choosing the "Add to Cart" button for each product. When you are ready to finalize your order, you can add or subtract from your order, or change the quantity for any product selected. Once you've completed your order, click "Finalize Order" and enter your shipping and payment information. For more information on how to use the ShopSite system, refer to our help page.
Your personal information is protected by data encryption and secure-server technology. All transmissions of any information you provide to us is transmitted over the Internet with an added layer of encryption. This insures that your transaction is not subject to being viewed by a third party. Our processing staff also retrieves all orders from the server using secure web sessions. In this way, we provide all of the visitors to our web site the confidence to communicate securely via an encrypted session.

The Order Form will automatically deduct 10% from your order. All payments must be made in US funds. All orders to continental U.S. addresses are shipped via UPS Ground or Next Day Air. The order form allows the customer to choose a shipping method. International orders are shipped "surface rate" unless otherwise specified in the comment box.

Pauline OnLine reserves the right to post or not to post submissions it receives. If your entry is accepted, your prayer or memory will be posted on the Shared Memories page within the week. We do not send prayers or memories that have been submitted to Pauline OnLine to a chain of e-mail addresses. Your prayer intentions or memories will be posted on Pauline OnLine's prayer board only.
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our web site so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

Policies for individuals 18 years old and under
No information or orders should be submitted to Pauline OnLine by individuals 18 years old or younger without the consent of their parents or guardians.
